Processing Time + Transportation Time = Delivery Time
Order processing Time
1. Your online order will be processed within 1-2 business days following the transaction.
2. So if you need to cancel your order or change your order information, please contact us within 48 hours, otherwise your package may have already been shipped.
Order Transportation Time
Your order will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days following its processing, depending on your delivery destination.
1.Order Confirmation Email
You will receive an online order confirmation by email following the transaction.
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it to the selected address as soon as possible.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that there may be a 48-hour delay for the tracking number to be activated by the parcel shipping provider.
4.Follow-up Email Not Received
1.If you have not received the email of the package information for more than a week, you can contact us at [email protected]
2.If you don’t receive your order, please contact us within 30 days after dispatch of the order.
3.The parcel items will ship via ePacket,UPS, FedEx or USPS.
4.Please note that we collect payment through PayPal, and will not charge you any handling fees and any fees other than the price of the goods.
5.You will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation.

Why haven’t I received my order?
1. Your order has not been shipped. We recommend you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders –My orders.
2. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases orders will arrive within the estimated time.
3. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons:
-The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery.
-The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
-The package was rejected during customs clearance.
4. The item is lost in transit.
5.If you have not received the package in more than 30 days, please contact us at [email protected] We will immediately check it for you.If it is lost, we will ship a new one to you,or refund it.It depends on the customer’s choice.
I did not receive my order, why is the tracking status showing as delivered?
Possible reasons include:
1. The delivery address is incorrect .
2. Someone else has signed for the parcel.
3. The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
4. The parcel has been delivered and left in your mailbox.
If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us.
If the shipping address is correct, we recommend you check your Mailbox and look around your property to be sure it has not been left outside. If you can not find the package, please contact us at [email protected]
