FAQ about Return:
What is your return policy?
Two things you need to know: you must return your garments within 7 days of receiving your gear. It needs to be unwashed and unworn (You can of course try it on). Sorry, but if the garments show signs of being worn we can’t accept them.
What return options can I choose from?
You may select a refund . We do not do exchanges.
What if I received a faulty item?
We apologize if you have. We are quality freaks at Monedress but these things happen. If you have received a faulty item, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to replace them for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order but you only have up to 5 hours. Chances are they have been shipped after that.
I have placed an order..but I forgot something- can I add to it?
Of course. We can change your information but you only have up to 8 hours.

(You need to contact our customer service via email before you return the parcel to this address, this is important. And you need to pay the return shipping fee.)
If you want to return,please contact us . We will tell you the ways. And if the refund is due to your personal reasons, we are sorry that we cannot agree. As a result of our mistake, we will refund within 3 days.
If you want to exchange the goods, Please place another order, and then send things back to us, you bear the postage, after we received the goods, you will receive a full refund .
