Returns, No Exchanges

In order to facilitate the management of merchandise returns, we do not perform exchanges, only returns. If you want to exchange the items received, you just need to make a return and then place a new order afterward. You will be refunded for your return after receipt of your items in the warehouse.

You can return the items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items to be returned must be new, unworn, unaltered, and unused, with the original packaging. And you have to pay for the return cost if no quality issues are involved.

A few items can’t be returned, including:

1. Customized items

2. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Please note, that any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.

Defective Return

To qualify for a defective return, we will bear the freight of the return.

And we will give you a free return label to return our products.

One of the following must apply:

-Item has a defect or is faulty or malfunction

-Incorrect item was received

-Missing part(s)


Damaged items mean items that have been damaged in shipping.

To help you efficiently, please report to customer service at [email protected] about the damaged product within 48 hours after you received the item, and do not discard the damaged item&its packaging.

Please send us photographs or videos clearly showing the defect(s). Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds according to your preference within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, monedress will make every attempt to rectify.

Return for the customer’s reason

If you don’t want it anymore for personal reasons after receiving, that is to say, unless the quality and damage are the problems, the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

How to return the items?

1. Contact us at [email protected] and apply for the return and exchange procedure, and please provide the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Package the Item(s). Please ensure all parts are in the original packing way.

3. Ship Out the Package(s) via trackable shipping methods. Provide us with the tracking number and carrier (Untrackable return will delay refund). Or download the return label.

4. Refund, we will give you a refund within three days after receiving the package, and the refund will be returned to your PayPal account, and you can withdraw cash to your bank card.

5. If you need to exchange it, just send it back. We will send you a new one when we receive it.

Please note that due to the pandemic situation, a longer delay should be expected between receiving your return at the branch and your refund, because the packages are quarantined on their arrival.
